I believe most women do not enjoy wearing panty hose. However, in the fall and winter seasons, even in a place like LA where I reside, the weather, or occasion, or both, calls for panty hose. Now, the other thing that women don’t enjoy is the fact that panty hose never last more than one to two events. Most of the time, the slightest adjustment when wearing them causes a run and then their finished and you have to buy a new pair.
Well, this is not the case with Donna Karan hosiery. They last forever! A couple of weeks ago I had to get a new pair of panty hose for an event. I went to Saks Fifth Ave to pick out a pair of black, satin sheer, control top Donna Karan panty hose. When I went to the counter to pay for them, the lady whispered to me, ‘these are the best hosiery ever’. I said ‘I know’, she said, ‘no, you don’t understand honey, no matter the weather, how many times I adjust them, or hand wash them, even if I’ve scratched my leg, etc, they never rip’.
Funny enough, last night I went to an event wearing a cute little red dress, with my Donna Karan’s. I was having a ball on the dance floor, when a young women stepped on my foot and scrapped her stiletto across my ankle. It was very painful. I went to the washroom and there was my ankle, scratched and bleeding, but not a mark on the panty hose. I’m not kidding you!
Truly, they are the only hosiery you ever need to buy.
