Crazy or Cute Hollywood Baby Names?

Pretty soon, celebrities are going to have to start naming their baby’s John and Jane, because all the CRAZY names will be taken!  Seriously, though, it seems like everyone in Hollywood is simply trying to top the last outrageous baby name.

Today, it was announced that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner named their new daughter Seraphina Rose Elizabeth.  That is a very pretty and creative name, and while unusual, it’s not “off the charts” like some of the other names I’ve heard lately.

Here is my top 5 “sorry you’re kid is going to grow up with that name” list:

1.  Nakoa-Wolf Manakauapo Namakaeha Momoa – son of Lisa Bonet and Jason Momoa.

Okay, this one takes the cake!  No word on what inspired the name, except for the fact that he was born on a stormy night and Kaua means rain, while po means dark.

2.  Bronx Mogli – son of Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz.

Apparently they are huge fans of The Jungle Book, but this is taking it one step too far.

3.  Bluebell Madonna - daugher of Geri Halliwell.

She chose the name Bluebell after the flowers, which “seemed to be everywhere” she said.  Madonna, was literally inspired by the singer, who Halliwell was reminded of when her daughter came out “with both arms flung in the air”.

4.  Fifi Trixibell – daughter of Bob Geldof and Paula Yates.

Ummmm, let’s just say they like to use different names, Fifi has two sisters named Little Pixie and Peaches Honeyblossom.

5.  Pilot Inspektor - Jason Lee and Beth Riesgraf.

The My Name is Earl Star was so taken wtth the opening line of a Grandaddy’s song, “He’s Simple, He’s Dumb, He’s the Pilot” that he knew he had to name his son Pilot.  Luckily he’s girlfriend at the time was moved by the song as well.
