It looks like February could be the month that thrusts Jennifer Hudson back into the spotlight. As we all know, she has been in seclusion since the tragic murders of her mother, brother and nephew in October.
There were rumors that she would resume her professional life by finishing up a music video in December, but she was still in too much grief to work. Then there was talk that she would perform at the Obama Inauguration, however those rumors turned out to be false.
Well, now we hear that she is slated to perform the National Anthem at the Superbowl on February 1st. I hope she makes it, it would be good for her to get out there and start doing what she loves again. And, besides she would do an amazing job!
Jennifer is also set to perform the songs of Neil Diamond at MusiCares Person of the Year Gala. And, the big question is will she attend, and/or perform at the Grammy’s on February 8th. She is nominated for four awards.
Come on Jennifer, it’s what your family would want, and your fans will be there to support you every step of the way!
