The Gossip’s Not Good for Kelly Rutherford’s Marriage

Uh oh, you know things are really bad when you file for divorce……while pregnant! Gossip Girl’s Kelly Rutherford recently filed for divorce from her extremely young looking husband, Daniel Giersch (like, seriously, he looks like he’s 18). It seems a lot has happened in their brief two year marriage, and the accusations have gone from bad to worse.

She said: she is frightened of him, she called the police on him twice, she’s afraid he will leave the country with their son.

He said: her work stresses her out and she takes it on on their son, she has anger issues, he has been the primary caretaker of their son.

Their son is 2-year old, Hermes (named after her favorite designer), and they are expecting another child, rumored to be a daughter, in five months. Rutherford is seeking to prohibit Giersch from leaving the country with Hermes, and he wants to stop her from taking Hermes to New York while she films her television show.

So sad, when a 2-year old is caught in the middle of a tug of war. Come on peeps, life is too short for all this. Grow up, act like adults, put your kids first and move on!
