
Whether you’ve been through it a thousand times or are going through it for the first time, getting dumped sucks. And although there’s no cure for the relationship blues there are some ways of dealing that are better than others.
DON’T:
Go binge drinking and leave him a sloppy voicemail at 2am
Slash his tires or key his car
Hole up in your apartment and vow to become a nun
DO:
Surround yourself with happy people
Log on to justbeendumped.wordpress.com and share your story anonymously
Take up boxing, karate, or anything that will help you release tension and get beautifully buff
Redecorate your house or apartment, to help inspire a new beginning
Volunteer for a charity cause, to help appreciate all the good in your life
