Jessica Simpson showed off some “new curves” as she performed songs from her country album Do You Know at a concert over the weekend. However, her album is being pushed aside because, all buzz is focused around Jessica’s “new curves.” Gossip sites and even others who don’t normally comment, are noting Simpson’s weight gain, and basically calling her out for looking like a fatty.
Check out the photos for yourself because, unfortunately for Simpson… the photos are definitely not her most flattering by any means, she really does look fat.

maybe shes pregnant... i mean i wouldnt call her fat.. shes clearly not obese but she defintaly gained weight.. everyone seems to be extremely hard on her, shes not that much bigger we're just use to the skinny jessica. shes human just like everyone else. and shes still a gorgeous girl, no doubt in that.

There's nothing really wrong with her at that weight, it doesn't look particularly unhealthy. At the same time, she's not going to get credit for a smoking figure she no longer has. But either way, she's a superstar with a lot of resources. I'm sure a good six-week regimen would have her looking as good as ever.

I actually think the media and her contemporaries (Carrie Underwood anyone?) don't exactly realize the repercussions of calling her fat. How many teenage girls who may be perfectly healthy (like Jessica is looking!) are now going to run off and start puking their dinner out because dear Ms. Underwood decides Jessica is fat and the media follows suit? I'm no huge fan, but I do know a lot of girls would react that way to their idol claiming someone is fat. I've never been an enormous Jessica Simpson fan (image wise, her music is fine), because she was so damned thin. I'm glad to see she actually has a figure now, though from all I've gathered after the media bustle over her having some curves (noone gave a shit when that dead ex-model got "fat", they liked her more for it) she ran off to a personal trainer and turned back into the holy half-dead who has seen the Underverse.

Okay, so I just happened to look at this site because everyone is raving over the fact that Jessica Simpson actually gained weight. But, then again, what is the healthy weight? Do we actually have one in the USA? Seeing Jessica's weight before, I can tell you that her weight before was not healthy. She was too skinny, and yes there is such a thing as too skinny. It is entirely detrimental to your health. But so is being obese. I can tell you from just looking at the pictures of Jessica Simpson, that she is at a healthy, if not a little over, weight. Her bone structure is to where if she gained the weight like she has, then she would end up as most people would call, "curvy" or have an hour-glass figure. Now, I would like to know why all the people in the US are obsessed with weight. Sure, I'll agree that people eat food profusely, ending up obese, but that is because of the detrimental food decisions they make. To tell you the truth, most underweight people are angry they can't gain weight. So which is it? Are we angry we gain too much weight, or are we angry we can't gain weight? I don't understand. Maybe, just a thought, we should all go and look in a mirror. I can tell you that everyone will have insecurities, including their size, no matter how big you are or not. I'm not big at all. I'm in the BMI range of my height and weight, and some days, I think I could stand to lose a few pounds, while others, I think I need to gain a couple. My point: Jessica Simpson is at a healthy weight and she looks marvelous. Just because you are insecure, don't go after Jessica Simpson. Learn to evaluate without biased comments. Oh, and some of these comments are rather bad, and just as a side note, have you looked in a mirror lately? Maybe you should, and then look again. And again until you understand what I mean. Jessica Simpson is a star, something you are not, making thousands, millions, for showing up anywhere, not to mention the actual act. She is doing what she loves, and looking great. Are you?
