
Pillow fights have gotten quite a reputation over the years and are the fuel for many a male fantasy, but underneath all the women in their pjs and feathers floating everywhere is a real health benefit: pillow fights relieve stress.
Of course if you’re over the age of 11 you’ve (hopefully!) outgrown the urge to beat your friends with bedding, but you can still get the stress-relieving benefits by beating on a pillow by yourself for 5 minutes whenever you’re feeling particularly tense. It might help even more to reflect afterwards on what (or who?) you were thinking about during the tirade.
So go have yourself a pillow fight! Your health will thank you.
