Organix Shampoo… Luxury at a Discount Price

I’ve always been a Pantene kind of gal, or maybe if I was trying something new, I’d reach for Herbal Essences. But one morning I saw Organix Coconut Milk Shampoo at my local Walgreens and was intrigued. Perhaps it was the cute oval shaped bottle, or how when I opened the cap I smelled the whiff of creamy coconuts. Whatever it was, I was hooked, so I marched up to the cashier and bought a non-Pantene shampoo product.
The next morning, after a quick run, I tried out Organix Coconut Milk Shampoo and it really was worth all the rave reviews that I’d seen in various magazines. Then again, the reviews could be partially attributed to the fact the company is owned by Vogue, Inc. Go figure. It has actual coconut milk for nourishment, whipped egg white protein for strength, and cococut oils for hydration. My hair, which is quite thick and unruly at times, felt silky and soft even without a marathon brushing session. In these times of tight budgets, women everywhere (myself included) need to find ways to treat themselves, even if it is with a $4.99 shampoo or conditioner. And let me tell you, I’ve switched from Pantene to Organix. For now.
