Tips for Avoiding The Dreaded Winter Cold

You see it going around the office, then spreading through your family, and finally it hits you too with the congestion, the headaches, and the coughing. It’s the infamous “winter cold” and it goes around every year, and the trick to not letting a cold get you could down this winter could be as simple as following some basic tips:

* Take a daily multivitamin

* Get plenty of sleep (7-9 hrs)

* Drink Green Tea or take Green Tea supplements

* Cut out the sugar

* Get plenty of Vitamin D
