After a typical Wednesday night partying at Chateau Marmont, Lindsay Lohan and Lilly Allen got matching “Shhh…” tatted on their index fingers. You have got to be shhh…tting me. On the index finger? Index fingers are super important, especially if you’re Lindsay. By the way Lindsay’s looking lately, wouldn’t she need that finger to stick down her throat after meals?
