Prescription for Long Lashes

Long Lashes

My eyes turn green with envy whenever I see someone with gorgeous lashes that go on for days. What’s worse is when I see them on a guy. No fair!  They don’t even need them. I must not be alone in my desire for long, flirty lashes because lash conditioners seem to be the hottest beauty trend of late. Making headlines is the first FDA-approved prescription drug for growing longer, lusher lashes.

Allergen (the company that made a fortune with Botox) released Latisse last month. Sounds like it could be another hit. The lash serum contains the same formula found in Allergen’s eye drops for glaucoma. Patients using the drops experienced a side effect (or what I’d consider a fringe benefit) of longer, fuller eyelashes. Volunteers who used Latisse in a 16-week, clinical trial experienced lashes that grew about 25 percent longer, 106 percent thicker and 18 percent darker.

Sound too good to be true? There are things you should consider like cost ($120 for a  month’s supply), time (have to see a doctor for prescription), and potential side effects (temporary red eyes, itching, etc.)

If you feel a little nervous about trying a new drug for something so cosmetic, here’s a short list of beauty brands with prescription-free lash conditioners that you can check out:

B. Kamins The Eyelash Fortifier

Promaxyl Rapid Lash

Jan Marini Marini Lash

Talika Lipocils Eyelash Gel

  1. When you’re in a not good position and have got no cash to get out from that, you will require to receive the personal loans. Just because it would help you unquestionably. I take term loan every time I need and feel myself OK because of this.
