last year i liked what she wore because she was dressing her age this year it was a complete difference fake looking hair and that dress was terrible she look like she was trying to be older. plus i dont really care for miley cyrus

I'm trying to recall when people on Disney channel were ever good enough to be at the Oscars.. Besides that, I'm indifferent about it. I think the dress is alright, but not on her.

she looks like she is tryin to hard to be older than what she is.. i have a 16 years old daughter and im not ready for her to grow up and i think miley tries to hard to please and she just needs to wait and grow up.. who is he fooling... no one.... btw my kids dont look up to you at all

Its hideous! The pink and black do NOT compliment the belt and what's worse her skin tone is much to dark!

Again, I'm a designer for the stars. I love the way the top of the dress looks however the bottom looks like a fish threw up all over the dress. Plus I know the designer and I...... well........ am not fond of her.

"samie", i've got nothing against you but its kinda annoying how you keep saying "i'm a designer for the stars" and how you are friends with all the designers and whatnot, btw if it was really you who designed the Marchesa gown that vannessa wore then ur not really that a fantastic desinger and from what i heard it was a mini orignally from one of the collections and was made into alonger version for vannessa, so ur comment totally contradicts

i love miley she's really pretty! this dress is a loveley design at the top but kindof swamps her, you know? she needs something a bit darker!! samie do u agree?

Yes, helen. She has a gorgeous body and if it were me designing her dress (which I have before), I would have made her somthing a little more flattering to show off her curves. And you are correct that somthing darker like black or dark blue would be very flattering. Thank you for your opinion helen and I will consider that next time I make her a dress.

Samie, I think everyone understands that you're a designer for the stars, and as impressive as that is, its extremely annoying that you keep repeating it. Anyways, looking back on this dress again, I think it is flattering on her and I see why she'd think it a good idea to wear a more...for lack of a better word, immature dress. I mean, the pink, the sparkles, the embellishments, its a very eye-catching dress for her fanbase...the younger girls, and "tweens", if you will.
