Beyonce stole the show once again, this time with a musical number at the 2009 Academy Awards. Hugh Jackman, the host at this year’s Oscars, showed off his broadway chops along with High School Musical stars Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens.
I have watched a few Oscar performances in my time, but this one really stood out to me. It brought a “cool vibe” to the Oscar’s, which at times can be rather boring. I used to only watch the Oscar’s for the big categories, Best Picture, Best Actor and Best Actress, but after tonight’s performance I’ll definitely tune in for the entire show next year.
