Hollywood’s Annual Prom is here. The Academy Awards. The Stars. The Films. The Fashion! This year, we have the underdog “Slumdog Millionaire,” that tells the story of a young Indian boy who doesn’t let poverty or life’s hardships get in the way of him finding his true love.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie- Hollywood’s golden couple, both nominated for lead actor/actress Oscars, showed up wearing classic looks, but still managed to steal the show with their mega-watt Star power.

Freida Pinto who plays Latika in this Rags to Riches story,  and showed up tonight in an off-shoulder midnight blue gown that mixed Bollywood sensibilities with Hollywood glamour.

Sarah Jessica Parker showed up wearing this Dior Haute Couture gown that had a grown-up Princess feel,

Amanda Seyfried in Valentino Haute Couture, an actress who was in this year’s big hit, “Mamma Mia,” also performed in a musical number headed up by Hugh Jackman and Beyonce Knowles.

Marisa Tomei was glorious in this crisp white Versace gown, as she was nominated for Best Supporting actress for her turn as an aging stripper.  There’s nothing aging about this gown, Marisa!

Beyonce Knowles- This multi-hyphenate most recently of “Single Ladies,” fame, wore this curve-hugging black and gold gown, and was part of the rousing musical number that melded Hollywood and Broadway.
