Fast and loose. Smooth and precise. Or methodical and step-by-step — which do you prefer? No, no, nothing naughty, we’re talking about a lens, baby – literally, for we agree with the manufacturer’s chosen descriptives, those phrases epitomize the Lensbaby lenses.

The three types of SLR lens bodies serves different purposes to fit your shooting type. However, all three reach a common goal: to produce images with a sharp focus surrounded by graduated blur. Or simply, cutting down post-processing time. Sweet.

Bendy and flexible, the MUSE lens is for the “Fast and Loose” photographer, since focus is adjusted by squeezing the collar with your fingers and bending the lens to find the “sweet spot” — or focal point.

The ball and socket design of the COMPOSER, produces “Smooth and Precise” images, as you (the photographer), tilt the lens to a desired angle, then focus with the manual focusing ring. The lens also locks into place for extended photo shoots.

Control Freak paired with the descriptives “Methodical and Step-by-Step” is built for selective tabletop and macro photography. Like the other two lenses, you swivel this guy until you find your “Sweet Spot” and voi la – insta close-ups with a graduated blur.

Enough explaining, we believe the sample images speak for themselves and confident you will agree.
