Well said, Kelly. But First Lady Obama is also garnering a ton of attention for her well-toned arms that have fashion and gossip blogs buzzing with her fitness secrets, as it’s been a while since we’ve seen a First lady who looks as though she could whoop us in a kickboxing class.
Now the question is…how did she get those arms? She definitely works for them as cardio, calisthenics, weights and push-ups are part of her everyday workout regimen. Also, doing lots of reps with light weights are the secret to any fit woman’s gym regimen.
