TMZ.com just reported: The L.A. County District Attorney has just charged Chris Brown with felony assault and making criminal threats, also a felony.
Brown will be arraigned later this afternoon and if charged could allegedly face a maximum of four years and eight months in prison.
Earlier this morning, FOX News revealed several more horrible details in the case. According to them, Rihanna had found a text from another woman on Brown’s phone and started an argument. Brown tried to then force Rihanna out of the car but was unlucky because she was wearing her seatbelt. Then, Brown allegedly slammed Rihanna’s head against the window, and when Rihanna turned to around face him, he punched her in the face. Reports indicate that blood was splattered all over Rihanna’s dress and the rented Lamborghini. Rihanna had called her assistant and asked for police to be at her home when she arrived however, when she did this;
Brown reportedly replied, “You just did the stupidest thing ever. I’m going to kill you,” and proceeded to punch and bite Rihanna. He allegedly put her in a headlock so long that she almost lost consciousness.
This whole situation is beyond horrible, WHY did Rihanna take him back!?
Rihanna needs some help…seriously! She NEVER should have taken him back, she needs to realize she is better than that and deserves to be treated better!
