Michelle Obama Graces the Cover of Oprah Magazine
First lady Michelle Obama is definitely a woman who is shaking things up at the White House and beyond for her unconventional stylish dress choices (think J.Crew), possession of fabulously toned arms (No, Barbara Bush never did this), and how she still makes her young daughters do their chores. Let’s not forget the early morning workouts that she and her husband are famous for. Yes she’s fabulous and Oprah thinks so too.
This is why Michelle Obama graces the cover of this month’s O Magazine with the media mogul, Oprah Winfrey, herself. In the article, Michelle Obama stated that she wanted to use this “best job in the world in order to help women transform their lives.”
Oprah sat down with her for a full length interview which will be on new stands this week, and asked the First lady about her decorating choices in the White House.
Not surprisingly, Michelle Obama is about to make a few changes to fit the new modern couple. She says, “It will reflect our family. I want comfortable sofas, I want art that reflects contemporary and traditional, I want to bring in new American artisans.”
