As much as designer and fashion houses dislike the fashion discount Giant, Forever 21, no one can deny its force in the world of retail. It is loved by females everywhere for its inexpensive take on the latest high fashions and designer collections.
Even in these rough Economic times, Forever 21 is actually adding stores and has announced that they’re launching Faith 21, a plus-size line of clothing similar to Forever 21, but with larger sizes.
Considering that the average American woman’s size is a 14, this seems to be a smart decision because it would be targeting women who have previously felt shut out by the fashion industry because of their size. As many of these women are not your typical sample size, they still do want to be fashionable and fabulous.
From dresses, jeans, pants, and skirts in sizes that go to XL, 1XL, and 2XL, Faith 21 will be targeting the women who have not been able to fit into the smaller sizes at Forever 21, but do not want to be wearing mu-mus.
Every woman should have the chance to be fashion forward, no matter what her size.
And you know that it’ll be easy on her purse.
