My Love of Pantene Pro-V

Pantene Pro-V Shampoo and Conditioner. Standards of girl/woman hair beauty, and I can remember the first time I used their conditioner and it was my own. No, it wasn’t my Dad’s Head & Shoulders shampoo or my mother’s Breck Shampoo, which had a woodsy smell that I couldn’t stand. It was clean, fresh, feminine, and more importantly, all my friends were using it. My friends and I went through cycles where we used Pantene, Herbal Essences, Suave, Nexxus, and then we went to college and

The beauty products that every woman uses says something about who she is, and what she deems important to her looks. Hair, obviously falls into that category, and when you feel good about your hair, then you usually feel good about your appearance.

Pantene is one of those stand-by products that does the trick and for less than ten bucks. We’re surrounded by these fabulous, but expensive beauty products that promise you the sun, moon, and stars, but sometimes, it’s the “Old Faithful,” products that work the best and make you smell/look great. After months of using an expensive brand of shampoo/conditioner, I switched back to Pantene, and the odd thing is that I actually received more compliments after using Pantene again.

What’s the lesson? It’s not the products you use, it’s how certain products make you feel, and that is what makes any woman feel and look her best. And in these changing times, your wallet might be smaller, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t look your best. And with products like Pantene, you can do so, at a discount price.

  1. I’m sorry but I have to stay true to Herbal Essences. They have the best scents and by far are best for my hair. Pantene just seems like a hotel shampoo to me.

  2. hey Cathy, yeah, herbal essences is good too. I guess to each her own. Thanks for commenting!
