The Calorie Diet Restriction Plan is currently the hottest fad out right now. The diet is simple really: Reduce your daily calorie intake. Although this may seem strict and overly calorie conscious, it’s a surefire way to lose those pounds before summer. We as American’s are consumed with weight loss strategies on a daily basis. From the Lap Band to Gastric Bypass Surgery, there always seems to be a new method claiming it can have your body in great shape.

I think instead of always trying to look for the shortcuts in life, we have to be real with ourselves and do the ground work. I think this new diet is giving the power back to the individual and not letting them rely on some pill or procedure. If you take the time to count calories and understand what you are putting into your body, the better off you’ll be health wise and consciously overall.
