Quickest Way to Lose a Few Pounds

We’re in the midst of Awards season which means gorgeous Celebs, Amazing gowns, and of course, “I need to get fit- Fast,” routines.

No, I’m not talking about pills or powders.  I’m talking about how you’re going to fit into that tight gown in a week or so, and you CAN do it.  You just have to hustle!

Here are a few tips:

Eat Breakfast- This is one of those tried and true methods because once your body wakes up in the morning, it craves fuel.  And once you ingest a healthy breakfast, you jumpstart your metabolism, so just makes sure that it’s a balanced breakfast such as egg whites and whole wheat toast.  Or perhaps a Protein fruit shake.

Get Your Butt Into Gear- That’s right. Move it or lose it, meaning get to a gym or start taking laps around the block.  Toning up requires that you get off of your booty, so do it.

Keep the Temptations Away- Are you surrounded by mounds of candy and chips?  You may have to strengthen your will power to avoid these treats, so just imagine yourself looking hot in  your dress.  Visualization can work wonders.

Drink Loads of Water. And cut back on salt- These two tips are simple and will do wonders in reducing water retention, keeps you full, and will also make your skin glow.

Increase intake of Veggies- Full of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, vegetables are also the easiest way to fill up on very few calories.

Simple techniques that are tried and true.  Do these for a week and see how much better you fit into your dress.
