Mischa Barton Enters A Beautiful Life
Mischa Barton, an actress best known for her role as “Marisa Cooper,” on the now defunct show, “The OC,” has been spent time as a model for such brands as Dooney and Burke, Keds, and Calvin Klein. And now, she gets to play one on TV.
She was recently cast on the new “CW” TV Pilot called “A Beautiful Life,” which chronicles the stories of a group of male and female models that share an apartment in New York City. Barton will play Sonja, a seasoned supermodel and veteran of the high-fashion circuit.
This project was conceived by Actor/Producer, Ashton Kutcher, who based this project on his experiences as a model when he first started his career in the world of Entertainment. And just like Ashton, Mischa is a fan of social media and has used her blog to clear up any rumors about herself, her eating habits, and just whatever she feels at the moment.
She says, “Like right now I’m supposedly too skinny. I just had to release a comment about how I’m eating enough and I’m healthy. I’m more concerned for young girls these days … and I think it’s important that you say I’m comfortable and I’m fine and you should to be too because it’s, like, silly … You’re always too skinny or too fat or too something.”
Considering that she will be playing a high fashion in this upcoming TV pilot, it’s worth noting that Mischa seems to have a healthy mindset.
