What’s Your Real Age?

To find out, all you have to do is take the online quiz called RealAge to get the answer. It’s quite an in-depth quiz that depending upon how you answer the 150 plus questions you could actually be younger or older than your biological age.

Like most people, I became familiar with the test when Dr. Mehmet Oz talked about it on the Oprah show. No sooner than I heard about it, I jumped online to take the test. I was excited when my “real age” was five years younger than my actual age, which made me feel pretty good and it told me that I was in very good health.

What’s really great about the test is that at the end it will give you suggestions as to what you can do to improve your health. Be it working out more, or taking a multivitamin, or adding more vegetables to your diet.

The irony to this online quiz and website is how it makes it’s money. Not surprising it’s through the big pharmaceutical companies. Companies such as Pfizer and GlaxoSmithKline, pay the RealAge  to compile test results which essentially helps them to better market and sell their products to the public.

Regardless of the big drug companies, RealAge is a great quiz to take. It will give you a lot of information about your health and what you can do to improve it. At the end of the day, it’s about the consumer being well-educated and taking their health into their own hands.
