Iraq & Afghanistan don't have them, they were in North Korea the whole time. They have had Nuclear, Biological & Chemical ( NBC ) weapons for a long time. China doesn't want a nuclear war going on in their back yard so they will try to quell things. The PDR wants to invade South Korea, then go on to Japan, like Genghis Khan & the Mongols tried to do.
