The Hills star Audrina Patridge denies reports of having gotten a nose job done after pictures of the star were revealed with a thinner nose. Living in Hollywood, CA, plastic surgery is about as common as Starbucks in an airport. It’s everywhere. Patridge shouldn’t be ashamed if she did get the work done. It’s actually better if she admits it because the tabloids won’t let up if they smell a lie.
From the picture, its kind of hard to tell if she did get a nose job. With the popularity of Photoshop, you never really know anymore. Rumors were swirling for a while that said she had gotten breast implants. After looking at some before and after pictures of her in a bikini, I would have to agree with that rumor.
So what do you think, did she get plastic surgery on her nose?

Her face is different: her thin lips are thicker (injections/implants) and her droopy eyelids are gone - she's probably had excessive eye skin removed. Not sure about other areas.

Audrina was far prettier before the surgery. The after pics do not even look like her. Now she just looks like every other girl in California or on The Hills; previously she had a more exotic and natural look.

you guys are all morons! first off it doesnt tell you which ones before or after and to be honest her nose is thinner in the first picture then in the second anyways, and lips are plumper in second so that hardly supports ur stupid ass theory "angee" and to say shes not even that hot makes you sound so pathetic its not even funny "karen" are u honestly so fat and disgusting u feel the need to put people down who are cleary "hot". shes an attractive woman and saying otherwise just makes u sound jealous and pitiful. and as for her lips being plumper, its called peppermint oil, it makes ur lips bigger , thats what victorias secret models use to make there lips pouty, its a very WELLKNOWN makeup tip dumbass. and she looked good both ways why the fuck do u people feel the need to criticize her just cause shes prettier than you?
