Product Review: Oil of Olay 7 Total Effects

Oil of Olay is one of those tried and true brands that have been around for a while and will continue to do so.  It was created by a chemist named Graham Wulff in the early 1950’s and said that he “he knew that his new facial moisturizer needed to closely resemble the fluids found in young skin.”

And so Oil of Olay was born and it has grown into a multimillion dollar business because of its quality skincare.  I had never tried Oil of Olay until recently as I was looking to use a moisturizer that would keep my skin hydrated but not make me break out.  Oh, and I didn’t want to pay a ton of money either and the product needed to have SPF.

So, I went to my local drugstore and skimmed the beauty aisle before coming across Oil of Olay 7 in 1 Anti-Aging UV Moisturizer with SPF 1.  It also has vitamin B3, VitaminE, and Pro-vitamin B5, as well as being oil-free and non-comedogenic. Its also wallet-friendly, being less than $20.

I took the product home and used it in the evenings and during the daytime, and was seriously amazed because my skin felt softer, more moisturized and just felt more hydrated.  I also tend to break out easily, but no redness or pimples which is fine by me!

A moderately priced moisturizer that hydrates my skin and has SPF? I’m sold!
