LiLo’s Next Career Move: Internet Dating?

Poor Lindsay.

I really wanted to like her eHarmony ad, especially since she is poking fun at herself. And it is great she has a sense of humor about her dying (or nonexistent?) career. I tried to laugh with her when she was going on about how she makes tabloid headlines. But frankly, I could not. I couldn’t even laugh at her.

Simply put, it’s sad.

Ankle monitors are not funny, they are embarrassing. Drunk driving is so stupid, not a subject to bring up; especially if you have hordes of adoring teenage fans. Telling us you smoke and specifying the brand is just plain gross. Where is the class?

What’s even more pitiful is her IMDB page. Her only two current projects are 1. some tv movie with a bunch of unknowns and 2. a random movie in Spanish — still in post-production. Wow, from a rising star with tons of potential was reduced to… this?

If this isn’t a big enough hint that super-stardom isn’t all that it is cut out to be, I don’t know what is. I really hope she got paid a decent amount for the eHarmony ad. Or at the least, enough to put food on her table for the rest of this year.
