Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s star Kim Kardashian released a workout DVD series on April 9, 2009 and, a few days ago she stopped by FoxNew’s Hannity and discussed her workout regime and video. I personally have always been a fan of Kim and her realistic outlook on her body so, naturally I decided to check out the DVD series to see what this workout was all about.
FYI: I was pretty surprised and way shocked to learn that during the training for all this, she went from a size 6 to a size 2!
Anyways, the series is called Fit In Your Jeans By Friday and it is divided into three parts; “Amazing Abs Body Sculpt”, “Bun Blasting Cardio Step” and “Ultimate Butt Body Sculpt.” If you follow this workout there is no possible way you will not loose a few pounds. The workout might not be as demanding as working out with a personal trainer but, if you push yourself while doing it…you definitely work up quite a sweat!
