Miley Cyrus and Khloe Kardashian might have the the most popular baby names of 2009. The Social Security Administration released the lists of the top baby names of 2009 and Miley and Khloe shot up in the rankings. Although spelled with a C, Chole ranked in the top 10 for the first time ever and the SSA confirmed it was due to the reality show star.

Ummmm, the list is pulled from the Social Security Administration site which shows baby naming trends for the current year. So unless you were born in 2008, you likely DON'T have a bunch of peers with these names or know many adults with these names. These are the top BABY names.. or did you all sorta miss the point of this article?
