I know all of you out there are SO SICK of all the free giveaways. I mean, seriously..its just so annoying.  Just kidding.

I’m absolutely loving all the fabulous free goods, and today’s one is a sweet one to end the week. Mars Snackfood announced the Real Chocolate Relief Act. Yup, you read that right.  This Act will be a “nationwide effort to bring sweet smiles to millions of Americans via free, full-sized samples of Mars real chocolate, product discounts and coupons along with the proclamation of Free Chocolate Fridays.”

Mars Snackfood is planning to give away as many as 7 million packages of sweet deliciousness in the form of M&M’s, Snickers, Milky Way, TWIX, Dove, and 3 Musketeers bars. And every week through the end of September, Mars will give away 250,000 packages of chocolate on Free Chocolate Fridays.  Americans can claim these coupons every Friday beginning May 8 at 9 AM EST on Realchocolate.com.

Neil Patrick Harris of “How I Met Your Mother,” helped hand out free candy to mark the occasion in New York City who said, “America could use a reason to smile right now.”

I think that this is one Act that all Parties involved would not veto.
