SNL’s Maya Rudolph Pregnant!

Maya Rudolph is a hilarious fixture on NBC’s SNL or Saturday Night Live, and she’s best known for her impressions of celebrities such as Donatella Versace and Christina Aguilera.

Though Rudolph got her start doing improv for the Groundlings troupe, she eventually auditioned for and got a regular cast member spot on Saturday Night Live. She and her husband, Paul Thomas Anderson, a director who is known for such films as “Punch Drunk Love,” “Magnolia,” and “There Will Be Blood,” are parents to a 3 year old child.

It is reported that Maya Rudolph is now pregnant with her second child and she says that it was unexpected. Rudolph says, “I wasn’t planning on sharing it, but yes, I’m pregnant.”

Rudolph also says that she’s not as naive this time around, regarding her pregnancy.

The first time you are like wide-eyed: ‘What are we doing? Who’s coming? How do we take care of them?’ But this time, I’m like, ‘I have to sit down, I’m pregnant. When you have a 3 1/2-year-old, you don’t have time to rest and nap and do all the those sweet pampering type things you did for yourself the first time. You are like, ‘I got to get to bed!’”
