Well, you may have heard about “Skinny Bitch,“ which is a vegan diet book by former model agent Rory Freedman and former model Kim Barnouin.
The diet is written in a hilarious, in-your-face way that talks about the “disgusting” meat and dairy industries and says that you need to eat food that is closest to the earth in order to get skinny. So you can’t eat meat, fish, dairy, eggs, sugar, artificial sweeteners, refined flour, caffeine, diet sodas, and anything artificial. But you can eat all the high-fiber fruits, vegetables and whole grains that your heart desires.
Their book, Skinny Bitch,” has gone on to become a New York Times bestseller and is an interesting read, but the only thing is… at the end of the day, its the calories that count. The ultimate Skinny diet is when you learn how to eat a balanced diet, use moderate portions and get your booty outside for some exercise.
