The Harvard Crimson is reporting that an unidentified male has been shot on the Harvard Campus. Witnesses say the victim was bleeding profusely and taken to a local hospital. The University has yet to comment on the situation and whether the victim was indeed a student.
The shooting occurred in one of the schools residence halls and police are currently searching for a number of assailants.
