Heidi And Spencer Pratt Quit “I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here!”
Seriously, hearing that Heidi and Spencer have quit “I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here!” for good, might just be the most disappointing news I have heard all day! Last nights premiere episode was beyond amazing and entertaining! It was two hours of non-stop laughter at the expense of Heidi and Spencer. They looked beyond ridiculous in the jungle!! Heidi was tripping over her hair, and who can blame her! I’d be tripping over spiders and afraid of things that were going to eat my face off!
Damien Fahey and Myleene Klass host the show that drops ten “celebrities” into the heart of the jungle to face fun and comedic challenges designed to test their survival skills. America is the “puppet master” and we control who goes into what challenges and which tasks to win food, supplies and luxury items. In each episode, friendships will be tested, hilarity will ensue and viewers will decide which celebrities stay or leave. While all participants will be playing for their favorite charities, the last remaining star will be crowned King or Queen of the Jungle, winning the largest share of the prize for donation.
No joke, last nights episode was amazing! The show stars reality superstars Heidi and Spencer Pratt; actors Stephen Baldwin and Lou Diamond Phillips; former pro wrestler Torrie Wilson; former pro basketball player John Salley; Patricia Blagojevich (wife of and stand-in for impeached Illinois Gov. Rod); the comedy team known as Frangela; “American Idol” contestant Malakar Sanjaya; and supermodel Janice Dickinson.
Seeing Heidi break down with her frizzed out hair and oily face pretty much made my night. Not to mention it was beyond funny when, the two “superstars” walked off only to have the others begin raiding their belongings and mocking their WACKO personalities! Heidi and Spencer threatened to walk off 11 minutes into the first episode and then once again later on…however they returned both times!
This morning news broke that, Heidi and Spencer might have officially left for good. TMZ.com reports that:
Heidi and Spencer have followed through on their threat — they have quit the NBC reality show “I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here!”
A source close to production tells TMZ the “Hills” duo walked off the set for good after the live portion of last night’s show. It is unclear how the show will handle their leaving on tonight’s episode.
Guess they weren’t faking … for a change.
UPDATE — We’re told the Red Cross, the charity Spencer was playing for on the show, now wants nothing to do with the program. It’s unclear whether they would have received anything anyway — but regardless, the Spencer experience left a bad taste in their mouth.
If they are off the show…not only does my daily entertainment for the new few weeks go down the drain as I really wanted to see how much more frizz and grease Heidi’s face could handle. Also it would have been interesting to see how many times Spencer would let his true colors show and then slip back into praying and loving Jesus.
Oh well…at least I saw her eat a rat’s tail and three scorpions! Enjoy the video of Heidi breaking down!
