Two words came to mind when I first read this article. Those two words were: common sense.
If your damn pants are so tight they are causing your legs to become numb, switch to roomier jeans. It’s a no-brainer. Honestly. Now, I’m as guilty as the next girl of wearing something uncomfortable just because it’s cute. Don’t get me wrong. Fashion over function, right? Most of the time, those things are called shoes. And they are easy to switch on and off with say, something more comfortable like flip flops.
But never have I worn jeans that made the entire lower half of my body lose feeling. The line has to be drawn somewhere. And I am inserting it firmly at the waist and saying that if you’re pants are too tight, get bigger pants. Try wide-leg trousers or jeans! Trust me, the skinny jean fad will end sooner or later.
How about, instead of following the leader with your tight pants and numb legs, you break away from the pack and switch to a pair of jeans that doesn’t restrict circulation. That way, not only are you a trendsetter, but you also get back complete body function. It’s a win-win.
Or…if you simply can’t live without something suction cupped to your legs, try on the newest craze: jeggings. That seems to be the direction the woman in the article is going. And maybe you skinny-jean lovers should follow her.

Jeggings???? You have got to be kidding me!! Who makes up these rediculous fads? Regarding your article, if jeans are too tight they can give a girl a "muffin top" look that is oh-so frightening. I think I'm using that phrase right. :) It is more flattering to wear something that actually fits rather than fooling yourself that you can fit into a size two just for the sake of bragging. And trust me, we can all tell. Good article!
