Bradley Cooper: The Man behind the Hangover

I never used to think about having Bradley Cooper’s babies. Now it’s all I think about. Clearly I’m not alone; The Hangover was #1 at the box office again this past weekend, beating out, well, a bunch of movies starring less attractive men. In fact, it’s the highest-grossing R-rated comedy since Wedding Crashers. (Which, coincidentally, Cooper also acted in!) So why didn’t I lust after him then?

It’s gotta be the hair. Lush, wavy, throwback-to-the-80s-and-90s hair. I swear, you could surf on it. In Wedding Crashers, it was all short and stuff. And there was that whole post-laxative scene of him on the toilet. Gross. But I’m over it. And now, I realize there might be more to the man I plan to pair my DNA with than the fact that he has luscious locks. Here’s what I found out:

First off, he’s 34, and 6′1”. If numbers are important to you. According to IMDB, he graduated from the English honors program at Georgetown. OMGOMGOMG. He’s Irish and Italian. (We’ve got one half in common!)

He’s actually been in a ton of stuff: Sex and the City, Alias, Nip/Tuck, He’s Just Not That Into You, Yes Man and Failure to Launch, just to name a few.

And most importantly, we’ll be seeing a lot more of him. Last week the Hollywood Reporter announced that he’s in official talks to star in Fox’s The A-Team, a feature adaptation of the 1990 TV series about a group of war vets who are on the run from the military. In September we’ll see him star alongside Sandra Bullock in All About Steve, a romantic comedy about a crossword puzzle designer who follows a CNN Cameraman. Hint: Cooper plays the Cameraman. And his name is Steve.

Accidentally getting roofied by Zack Galifianakis may be the best thing that ever happened to the future father of my children.
