Cindy Hampton may not want to be known as a the mistress of Nevada Senator John Ensign, but thanks to the web she is. The senator who admitted cheating on his wife with his former campaign aide Cindy Hampton, can kiss his presidential dreams goodbye. The Republican party was actually looking for him to be a contender against Obama in 2012, but now Sarah Palin might be their best bet.
John Ensign is back with his wife Darlene and they have come to a reconciliation. I don’t understand how all these congressmen and senators can be cheating dogs and still keep their elected position. If we impeached every member of congress for adultery, we’d probably only be left with two or three officials for the whole nation! And they wouldn’t be men either.

I am 99.9% sure that this is NOT the Cynthia Hampton that was having the affair with Senator Ensign. For one thing, the site is a Jehovah's Witness site, and the Hamptons are Mormons. For a second thing, the story that accompanies this woman says that she was 20 years old in 1976, whereas our Cynthia would have been 14. For a final thing, the site is in Ohio, and the Hamptons live in Vegas.

Note to AJ.. " a guy like that could do MUCH better." (your words, not mine). If he's so righteous and into family values, he shouldn't even be looking to "do better". These Republican politicians generally make me sick. They are a bunch of hipocrites who don't practice what they preach.
