Yes, I know. How is it this story is still in the news? Isn’t it from last week? Well, TMZ got the scoop with an exclusive video of the now famous altercation – that being the alleged assault in which song producer Will.i.am hit celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, who then twittered about it. Now, keep in the mind the video isn’t too great. It’s fuzzy and taken from a camera phone, and as far as I can tell, misses the alleged hits altogether. But, it does catch a few choice words from Perez.
Taking place outside of the MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto – sort of like Canada’s MTV Music Video awards – the video catches the encounter just after Will.i.am had told Perez not to write about him anymore. In response Perez jeers, “You’re not a fucking artist … you’re a fucking f*ggot.” And unsurprisingly, that’s when things get a little crazy.
Judging from police reports, it seems this is the point that Will.i.am’s manager, Polo Molina, then punched the gossip blogger in the face. However, things are still a little unclear.

i agree with Perez, that violence is never the answer. but, at the same time, calling a dude a faggot in front of his fans? you’re just asking for it. not cool at all.
especially since Perez is gay. he should know better.
I’m Glad somebody punched the fag! I’ve never heard a Fag call a strait guy a faggot! This guy gets his fame by calling people out of their names, and mostly women. I guess he talked about the right guy this time. This is why I don’t approve of the whole gay thing, these people are out for attention and that’s it! Would you want your children growing up in the same house with a fruit cake like perez or any gay for that fact. You can keep trying to make people believe this is a way of life, when it is the end as we know it. I just think if you’re weird and you try to raise children, they’ll be weird too! The Catholic so called priests, who were molesting little boys for decades could perez have been one of them? No joke these boys are scattered all over, and they have serious psychological problems because of this abuse. I think most of the disturbed people in our society came from this mess, and you want to make it legal for two men to marry one another. REALITY CHECK= IT’S NOT RIGHT! DON’T CRY WEIRDO BUY YOU ANOTHER PINK SWEATER AND WIPE THOSE TEARS AWAY FRUITY BOY!
