Perez Hilton Sues Roadie
Perez Hilton is suing Black Eyed Peas road manager Polo Molina for alleged battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress, after getting beat up outside of a Toronto nightclub. At first many thought Will.I.Am was the culprit, but after a week of YouTube trade offs and video leaks, we find that the roadie was behind it all.
Hilton whose real name is Mario Lavandeira, filed the lawsuit today, for an undisclosed amount of money. The Los Angeles Superior Court will most likely be using Hilton’s hilarious twitter updates and even funnier “just got my ass beat” pictures, he uploaded to his popular blog.
It seems like anything this guys does is for media or controversial attention and I don’t think he should be awarded any money. This lawsuit is enough publicity for him and he’ll be making more money as his press increases. So in a sense, he’s already won.

I love how suing for stupid crap is the norm for celebs- if a girl hit me at a club and i tried to sure her id be laughed out of court. Ive had my car broken into- didnt sue them.
