Details of Michael Jackson’s will have finally started to come out and you won’t believe who isn’t mentioned.

Actually, if you know anything about Michael’s history, you probably will believe it.

The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday that Jackson’s will, which he wrote in 2002, might be filed with Los Angeles Superior Court later this week. In it, his father, Joe Jackson, gets the shaft. That’s not surprising considering Michael alleged that his father beat him as a child.

The will reportedly splits Michael’s estate between his mother Katherine, his three kids, Michael Joseph Jackson Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince Michael II, and a few charities. However nothing is that simple when we’re talking about the assets and life work of someone as significant as Michael Jackson. The same Wall Street Journal article says that the lawyer for Jackson’s parents don’t even know that a will exists.

“No will has been presented to family or us,” said the email lawyer L. Londell McMillan sent to the paper. “We will review any will when we see it.”

The plot thickens. The Associated Press reports that flatbed trucks were seen at Michael Jackson’s mythic Neverland Ranch in Santa Barbara County in California yesterday moving some of his things. However, no one knows who approved that.

One thing is for certain. This legal battle is far from over and could get very ugly.

Here is the actual document:
