Good post. If you have never been to a spa before, you may feel a little weird and unsure about what to expect but by the time you leave you will be refreshed feel good and probably want to go back. Especially if you visit a good spa with a relaxing environment, its hard to beat the feeling of complete relaxation while other people tend to you.
