Former NFL Star Steve McNair Killed in Nashville, Possibly by Lover

He shared the NFL’s MVP award and lead his team on a dramatic drive to within one yard of winning the Super Bowl. Saturday in Nashville Tennessee, former superstar quarterback Steve McNair, and a female companion, were both found dead. McNair had two bullets in his head and two in his chest. He was 36.
The circumstances surrounding McNair’s death are starting to emerge and they are gruesome, which of course, has everyone talking.
According to the New York Daily News, the woman who was found with McNair was Sahel Kazemi, 20, who McNair was having an affair with. McNair’s wife, Mechelle McNair, had no idea of the infidelity until the duo were found dead.
McNair’s death is being considered a homicide but Kazemi’s death has yet to be classified. However, it sounds like a murder suicide because McNair had four bullets in him and Kazemi had one, and was found with the gun underneath her, according to ESPN. Authorities have yet to rule Kazemi the murderer but they are not looking for other suspects.
More details will come out soon as the investigation continues. However, the sports world was in shock this holiday weekend as McNair – known as one of the great mobile quarterbacks of all time who played for both the Tennessee Titans and Baltimore Ravens – was nothing but well-liked and respected.

Very sad. Rest in peace big guy, you were a legend
