Morgan Freeman, 72, to Marry His Step-Granddaughter, 27
UPDATE: According to the IMDB, Morgan Freeman’s publicist has flat out denied this story.
When Morgan Freeman won an Oscar for “Million Dollar Baby” the world had no idea that one day he’d be marrying something similar.
However, news comes out today that Freeman, 72, who is best known for his roles in “The Shawshank Redemption”, “Driving Miss Daisy” and “The Dark Knight”, is about set to marry a 27-year-old. And if that wasn’t bad enough the 27-year-old is none other than Freeman’s step-granddaughter, E’Dena Hines.
The National Enquirer has the exclusive info on the story. Hines is the granddaughter of Freeman’s first wife who he and his current wife Myrna, 68, have been raising for several years. For the past 10 of those, Freeman has been having an affair with her and that’s what led to the divorce he is currently going through.
Once the divorce is final, according to the Enquirer, the two plan on getting married. “Morgan has led her to believe that he wants to marry her,” said one source in the story while another said, “Becoming Mrs. Morgan Freeman has been E’Dena’s goal.”
For a 72-year-old man to marry a 27-year-old is one thing. It isn’t exactly right, but if the girl goes along with it, what can we do? But when she is practically family, such is the case here with Freeman and Hines, while it might be okay in their heads, it’s sure to change public perception of the universally respected and sought after actor.
This has caused Morgan Freeman to loose a lot of respect from many people. He is only thinking about himself and not his family.
OK, Morgan, I am deeply grieved. This goes beyond shame. Blood or not, it’s incest and you are trash in my eyes as of this moment. ummm does any one else realized that this story hasn’t been mentioned anywhere else? guys, the national inquirer has the exclusive story? the same people who brought us batboy? this story is not real. if it were, tmz, at the very least, would have a story on it.

Good for them. If in the few years we have on the planet someone gets to find something close to love..well good for them. I have read many articles in which Mr Freeman reiterated that he was not the perfect individual the public visualised him to be.. That he had a darker side than was portrayed bvy his playing of God, or Hoke. Of course he does. Don’t we all?
