My summer wardrobe staple is my long, sleeveless, hooded vest with a two-way zipper from Gap. It’s cool enough to wear in the heat, has cargo pockets to stash everything (without looking bulky). It’s comfortable to wear with shorts, over a dress and still warm enough for cooler evenings.

A laid back look with loose pocket tees/tanks with simple scarves or long necklaces.
All you need is a bikini, sunscreen and a towel in your car so you’re ready for the beach at anytime.
my summer staple is usually a light flowy sleeveless top to pair with almost everything, but my my summer staple in Europe this summer has been my rain jacket, my lifesaver most days!
My Summer staple would definitely be my surf-proof bikini.
It hasn’t met a wave that could knock it off yet. That’s a huge requirement when the water’s too warm for a wetsuit, and I don’t feel like mooning/flashing the entire beach.
Throw in a big baggy shirt mini dress from American Apparel, some shiseido sunscreen, and a pair of flipflops, and I’m set for the summer.

My summer wardrobe staple is a big bottle of SPF 45. Sure, many girls wouldn’t consider this to be part of your wardrobe, but in the summer it IS my wardrobe. The summer is all about kicking back and soaking up those beautiful rays. It doesn’t matter what you wear as long as you’re there and you can’t be there if you have killer burn. Just the scent of it makes me excited for the day to come. So slathering on some of that Hawaiian Tropic, paired with mellow jams and a beautiful coast horizon assures that my summer will be a paradise.

This summer I’ve rediscovered distressed denim shorts. Also, I’ve been practically living at the gym, and so anytime my friends see me on the weekend, I’m wearing gym clothes!

OH man… my summer staple would have to be my rainbow’s sandals. theyve been through 3 summers, lost, thrown in the pool, chewed by my puppy and are still living. I love them !
