Great article!  You are so right..... but every once in a while cake for dinner is ok right??  LOL!  In a related note... I used the &quot;Lose It&quot; app on the iPhone to track calories.  It&#039;s a great guide but you&#039;re right.... you are responsible for monitoring what KIND of calories you eat- not just the amount.

I stayed away from fast/processed foods and ate only fresh-no cake for me. Now that I know what a portion looks like I don&#039;t journal anymore.</description>
