spl109726_016-1-debbie-rowe-and-michael-jackson-1Debbie Rowe and Katherine Jackson have come to a mutual agreement as per Michael Jackson’s kids and it’s far less juicy than had been previously reported.

Katherine Jackson’s lawyer, L. Londell McMillan, made the announcement on the CBS’ Early Show Thursday morning that her client, Michael’s mother, will gain custody of Prince, Paris and Blanket. Debbie Rowe, the biological mother of Prince and Paris, will not receive any kind of monetary compensation but will get visitation rights.

“It’s an agreement…for the best interests of the children. This is not a money deal. There’s no situation better for these children than to be raised and reared under the care of Mrs. Jackson,” the lawyer said on the Early Show.

When Michael Jackson passed away at the age of 50, his will stipulated that his children be life with his mother. However Rowe, being related by blood, had a strong case for custody. Previous reports said that Rowe would be getting several million dollars to not fight for custody but Rowe contested and denied these reports.

Now, finally, Michael’s kids can get to living as normal a life as possible -  when your father was a multi-billionaire pop star who was as mysterious as he was famous.

I think that it is good for the kids to be with katherine because then they will feel close to their father…it was a sad and sudden death for hime to die, And even though i am only 12, i know almost all of his songs by heart and i am still crying that he died
