Today, Chris Brown will find out his sentence for the infamous altercation that left former girlfriend and Pop superstar Rihanna bruised. It’s more than likely that the award winning singer will not be serving out a jail sentence.
Experts say he’ll likely face 5 years probation along with a 6 month community service bid. After confessing to the charge and copping a plea deal in June, Brown released a public apology last month to his family, friends and Rihanna herself.

I hope he’s gets some actual prison time – he deserves worse.
Chris Brown was ordered to abide by the following conditions of his probation.
1. Have no contact with Rihanna for 5 years.
2. Perform 400 hours of community service. (These labor hours will be flexible to accommodate his music career.)
3. Stay at least 100 yards away from Rihanna. 10 yards if they are both at the same event.
4. Complete counseling and treatment programs.
5. Report to the probation officer on a regular basis.
6. Pay all fines to the court as directed.
7. Notify the judge if any violations occur.
Any violations will result in spending at least 3 years in prison.
