Have no contact with Rihanna for 5 years. 2. Perform 400 hours of community service. (These labor hours will be flexible to accommodate his music career.) 3. Stay at least 100 yards away from Rihanna. 10 yards if they are both at the same event. 4. Complete counseling and treatment programs. 5. Report to the probation officer on a regular basis. 6. Pay all fines to the court as directed. 7. Notify the judge if any violations occur. Any violations will result in spending at least 3 years in prison.
