Tuesday night a man walked into a class at LA Fitness in Bridgeport, Pennsylvania, put down a duffel bag, shut off the lights, took out two guns and killed three women while injuring several others. He then turned the gun on himself.

While that is frightening on its own, what’s even more chilling is that the shooter, George Sodini, had been blogging about this plot for several months and specifically targeted women because he was regularly rejected by them.

ABCNews.com has the full text of the blog that was up for public view on georgesodini.com. It’s very long, full of expletives and racial slurs, details his plans for the shooting and even shows that he had planned to do it several months ago before he “chickened out.”

Much like Seung-Hui Cho, who in 2007 killed 32 people at Virginia Tech, Sodini hoped that these ramblings would be published to give people a window into his mind.

Forensic psychologist Naftali Berrill told ABCNews that, “These are the rambling messages of a likely psychotic,” and that he’d probably been, “severely depressed for a long time.”

The victims of the violence were Heidi Overmier, 46; Elizabeth Gannon, 49; and Jody Billingsley, 38. Among those wounded were an ex-girlfriend of Sodini’s and the instructor, who was pregnant, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
